Position of the hotel not far from parkview field and possibility to visit Swinney Park. The venue was in an excellent location. There was a parking if one needed it. It was definitely 3 stars for us.

courteous staff, large bed in the room. the hotel was located an easy walk to parkview field and other tourist attractions. located in 30 minutes' drive to the airport.
